Refund policy

KDO 2026 Refund Policy

We will issue a full refund for students registered for KDO 2026, if requested no later than August 21, 2026. A 50% refund will be issued for refunds requested between August 22 and September 4, 2026.  After September 4th, no refunds will be issued.  

KDO reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher, if the original teacher is unable to teach at KDO. If a suitable substitute cannot be found, then the class will be cancelled and registered students will be given the option to transfer to another KDO 2026 class or to receive a full refund for the cancelled class.
