The basket-weave stitch, also known as entrelac, is a pattern of squares knit at right angles to each other. Learn how to pick up stitches and join the squares together as we make a pretty and useful dishcloth or potholder.

• 50g ball Worsted weight yarn (kitchen cotton for a dishcloth OR wool for a felted potholder) - self-striping or variegated
• US 7 knitting needles

Skill Level:  Beginner, able to cast on and knit.
